Designed to be completed in one working day. Once Rachel hands the client over to exec, Phases 1-4 should all happen on that same day. Phase 0 runs at the client's pace through sales and payment.

Tools used in Client Setup

Client Setup is operational, not creative. These are the systems Exec touches during the same-day setup.

Bitwarden vault

Open first. Shared logins for everything below live in the Creative Tools vault.

Service Admin

Add the client. Manage portal access toggles, brand system, agency tasks.

Asana

Create the client Team. Create their Project from the Initial Onboarding template inside that Team.

Google Drive

Create the client folder. Templates auto-populate. Paste the 10 Drive URLs into Service Admin so they surface in the client portal.

Zoho Books

Generate the invoice with UAE VAT. Send to client. Track payment status. Trigger handover when paid.

Google Meet / Zoom

Internal kickoff and client kickoff calls. Recording optional but encouraged for client kickoff.
